CASS ALUMNI DATABASE:
The Club does not maintain its own database, we utilise the Cass Alumni database. The best way to keep the Club informed of your contact details is to update your profile there. We receive frequent updates from the database, and your data is protected.
If you are not receiving regular e-alerts from us, email the Club (with your full name, email, mobile & city) to ensure we have your correct details, we will then synchronise any new data with the database.
Those not based in India, and those not eligible to view/join the alumni database (ie. current students), should contact the London chapter to have your details added to their list.
CITY UNIVERSITY ALUMNI DATABASE: As graduates of City University, you are also entitled to access the City University Alumni Database (which doesn't include the Cass Database as a subset), but not to services provided by the City University Alumni Department. Once you've registered, you should email cass-alumni@city.ac.uk and alumni@city.ac.uk to request access to the database, as this privilege is not automatically granted. CONTACTING OTHER ALUMS:
There are four ways to message other alums.
USERNAME/PASSWORD:
You can register on the same website. If you've forgotten your password, click on "Forgotten Password", but you will need to know your Username. If you've also forgotten your Username, email your request to cass-alumni@city.ac.uk .
PROFILE VISIBILITY:
When editing your profile, please remember to uncheck the "Privacy" check-box which by default is set to "invisible" on all your details. The network will become more useful for everyone if as many alumni as possible do this.
WHICH CHAPTER:
Your self-defined postal address is what the Club uses to figure out which city Chapter to add you to, so please make sure it is updated on the database. Also, please update your email & mobile. Also note that Cass does actually send you post to your mailing address!
ALUMNI INTEREST GROUPS & COUNTRY GROUPS:
Cass Alumni Relations Department has promoted a number of non-geographic "special interest" groups, open to all alumni.
